Approved employers can see

  • Your published profile: name, roles, skills, experience, education, preferences and expected salary
  • Your resume, if you have one, which they can download
  • Your photo, only if you choose "Approved employers"
  • Your mobile and email, only if you allow it and they request it

Not shown on employer pages

  • Your date of birth, gender and current salary
  • Your profile while it is a draft or hidden
  • Candidate details, to visitors and to companies that are not approved

A resume file you upload is shared exactly as uploaded, including anything written in it. Changing your settings stops future access through GujjuJobs, but cannot recall what an employer has already seen, saved or downloaded.

Is GujjuJobs free for candidates?

Yes. Creating, publishing and managing your profile is free.

Can I apply for jobs here?

GujjuJobs does not list jobs. You publish one profile, and approved employers who are hiring find you and get in touch.

Who can see my phone number and email?

GujjuJobs shows them to an employer only if you choose "Approved employers" in Privacy & Publishing, the employer is approved, and the employer requests them. Each request is recorded. A resume file you upload is shared exactly as uploaded, so remove from it anything you do not want employers to see.

Do I need a resume?

No. You can publish without one. You can upload your own file, or create a PDF resume from your profile. The created PDF does not include your contact details, date of birth, gender or salary.

I'm a fresher. Can I still publish?

Yes. Choose "I have no work experience yet" and describe the roles you want.

Can I hide my profile later?

Yes, at any time. It leaves employer search immediately. Hiding cannot recall details an employer has already seen, saved or downloaded.
